Doug Bartocci, CCIM, joined Fuller Group as a Vice President/Real Estate Broker in July 2016. Doug has over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and is licensed in both Washington and Oregon. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial properties along with acquisition and disposition of investment real estate and has brokered over $250 million in value.
Prior to Fuller Group, Doug worked with NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson, Colliers International and Norris & Stevens where he received the Sales Manager Performance Award four times, Top Leasing Producer twice, and the NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson 2015 Top
Producer Award. Doug holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and received his Managing Brokers License in 2021. Prior to commercial real estate, Doug was in sales and marketing with Hewlett Packard, Wallace Laboratories, and Chubb Insurance Company and received his business degree from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico.
Doug’s certifications and community involvement include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR), Washington Association of Realtors (WAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) Vice Chair for the Legacy Salmon Creek Board of Trustees and a member of 100 Men Who Care.
Outside of the office, Doug has been active as a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement and as a volunteer soccer coach. He resides in Vancouver with his wife Renee, and in his free time enjoys golfing, camping, working out and traveling.
