The 62-month lease runs through October 2031 and was structured as a full modified gross lease with Landlord Provision Group LLC covering all operating expenses, taxes, and insurance. Scott Higgins and Reilly Hennessey of Fuller Group represented the Landlord, while Ed Mao of Newmark represented the Tenant in the transaction.
