Mr. Fuller opened Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc., now operating as Fuller Group, in January 1997, with the purpose of offering their clients quality commercial real estate services within the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan marketplace. Prior to establishing his own firm, Eric was one of the principals who founded the Vancouver office of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, a northwest commercial real estate firm, in 1984.
Eric has been a leading commercial real estate professional in Clark County for over 30 years and has had an active role in many of Clark County’s major real estate transactions. Eric has been responsible for the sale of hundreds of acres of land, leasing office and warehouse space and the sale of investment property in Clark County. In addition, Eric provides redevelopment and preleasing services for new projects. Eric is a consistent Power Broker as identified by CoStar.
Eric is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). His professional affiliations include Realtors Associates of Oregon and Washington, Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC), Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Responsible Growth Forum, Commercial Association of Realtors –Portland/Vancouver, Identity Clark County (ICC), Historic Trust and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Eric and his wife, Judie, were both born and raised in Washington State. They are the very proud parents of two sons and have eight wonderful grandchildren. Eric and Judie enjoy traveling and visiting their grandchildren.

Adam D. Roselli, CCIM joined Fuller Group as a Sales Associate in April of 2005. Since entering the industry, Adam has been among the top commercial specialists in Southwest Washington in both total transaction volume and total transaction value, and has been one of Fuller Group’s top deal makers ten years running. Adam also specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment real estate and raw land.
Adam is a native of Vancouver, Washington. He attended St. Joseph’s Elementary School, Jesuit High School and graduated from Western Washington University in June 2003 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Business and Spanish. In October 2008, Adam earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In May 2010, Adam received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and in 2016 he received his Managing Broker’s license from the State of Washington and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
Adam actively invests and participates in his community. He is involved with the Rotary Club of Vancouver where he served as President from 2019 – 2020 and was Rotarian of the Year in 2013-2014 and 2015-2016. Adam has served on numerous boards including Board President at Share and a member on the Business Growth Committee at the CREDC. Adam was recognized in 2014 for being Accomplished and Under 40 by the Vancouver Business Journal and was a 2014 nominee for the General George C. Marshall Public Leadership Award. In 2016, Adam was chosen as Washington State University Vancouver’s Notable Alumnus of the Year.
In his spare time, Adam can be found spending time with his wife Rachel and their two children, Matthew and Kate. When he is not coaching or volunteering up at his children’s school, he also enjoys travel, golf, and playing basketball.

Garret has been a commercial real estate broker in the Portland-Vancouver market since 2003, specializing in owner-user and investment properties. During that time Garret has brokered over $250M in total consideration of lease and sales transactions in the local market. His primary focus is working with local industrial property and business owners. Prior to starting his career in brokerage, Garret spent 10 years in the Puget Sound area, first as a civil/structural engineer with an engineering firm in Tacoma and then as a project manager for a real estate development company in Seattle. Garret’s previous experience in engineering and development has been instrumental in helping clients with land and development projects in addition to existing building sales.
Garret graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He is a licensed broker in Washington and Oregon and holds the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR).
Outside the office, Garret has been active as a volunteer basketball coach from elementary through high school age groups and enjoys participating himself in a variety of sports activities. He resides in Vancouver with his wife, Darcy.

Doug has over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and is licensed in both Washington and Oregon. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial properties along with acquisition and disposition of investment real estate and has brokered over $250 million in value.Prior to Fuller Group, Doug worked with NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson, Colliers International and Norris & Stevens where he received the Sales Manager Performance Award four times, Top Leasing Producer twice, and the NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson 2015 Top
Producer Award. Doug holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and received his Managing Brokers License in 2021. Prior to commercial real estate, Doug was in sales and marketing with Hewlett Packard, Wallace Laboratories, and Chubb Insurance Company and received his business degree from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico.

marketing of office properties for sale or lease in Southwest Washington.
Byron began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 and has been responsible for
transactions in excess of 2 million square feet, with total consideration valued at more
than $183 million. Representing clients in office, retail and industrial transactions, he
has been responsible for leasing major office projects, including Four Towncenter Office Development, Investment Plaza, Oak Place Professional Center, One Towncenter and Tidewater Cove Waterfront Office Building. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Byron was cofounder of a manufacturers’ representative firm specializing in wholesale distribution of automotive parts. Byron is a member of the National Association of Realtors,
Commercial Association of Realtors – Portland/Vancouver and CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

There is no match for perseverance and knowledge, both qualities that Steve has come to embody.
Steve is a native Oregonian who joined the United States Army the summer before his senior year of highschool. He took advantage of a full college ROTC scholarship and graduated from the University of Oregon, as a three-year letterman in rugby, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus in business.
Steve enjoys spending time with his three sons Alex, Max and Sam. All the Hunker boys enjoy racing cars in their spare time. They also race catamarans and most recently took a 2nd Place trophy in the Hobie Pacific Northwest Championships at Lake Quinault, WA. Steve continues to give back to the sport of rugby. After playing in college he played for Oregon Sports Rugby Union for 10 years, coached youth teams for Rugby Oregon, has a Level II USA Rugby Coaching Certification, is a founding member of the Oregon Steelhead Men’s Rugby Club and can still find time to sneak onto the pitch for a B-side game with the current University of Oregon Men’s Team.

Lance joined Fuller Group in the Spring of 2016. He has been a commercial real estate broker in the Portland/Southwest Washington market since 2008, with Coldwell Banker Jenkins & Associates prior to joining Fuller Group.
Lance graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Health & Human Performance and a minor in Business Administration. He worked for two years for a physical therapy corporation prior to obtaining his MBA. Since then, Lance has been the cost analyst and administrative manager for $150+ million industrial construction projects; a financial analyst in healthcare and a small business owner while concurrently doing commercial real estate sales and leasing. It is through these diverse experiences that Lance offers tremendous knowledge and insight to his clients and peers.
Lance is a current board member with the Cowlitz Economic Development Council (CEDC). He and his wife Heidi take great pride in their two children, Evan and Emma, and are always there to show support during their extracurricular endeavors. Scott joined our brokerage firm in May 2017. Although new to real estate brokerage, he has deep roots in Clark County. Raised in Camas by a general contractor, he learned the trade of permitting and building. After attending college at Florida College in Tampa he served as a minister locally for several years. For 10 years, he served on the Camas City Council leading the community in business-friendly growth while serving his constituents. In 2011 Scott was elected to serve as Mayor of Camas. He served until his retirement from public office in late 2018. His work in local government has given him a unique understanding of the business and real estate markets in Clark County. He is a leader, problem solver, and genuinely puts his clients’ needs first. His reputation and character are widely known throughout the entire area. Reilly joined Fuller Group in October 2025. Born and raised in Camas, this Southwest Washington native has had a front-row seat to the area’s growth and development. Coming from multiple generations of real estate investors, Reilly was exposed to the value and opportunity within the industry from an early age.
He graduated from Central Washington University in 2020 with a degree in Mathematics: Secondary Education. That background provides him with the analytical and communication skills needed to navigate an ever-changing market and connect effectively with clients.
After college, Reilly spent seven years playing professional football overseas. Leadership, teamwork, persistence, and preparation are just a few of the qualities that led him to success on the field, taking his teams to championships in Italy and Germany and ultimately winning the European League of Football in 2025. Whether quarterbacking a football team or a commercial real estate team, the same values apply to ensure success in any arena. Let’s team up!
Privately, Reilly is a sports fanatic. He spends his free time watching good football (supporting his alma maters, the CWU Wildcats and Camas Papermakers), enjoying time with family and friends, exercising, and playing chess.

Brian began his real estate career in 2002 as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates, where he quickly rose through the ranks due to his focus on doing the right thing at all costs.
Before entering the real estate industry, Brian worked as an Account Executive at Household Finance and served as a Sales Manager at Powerhouse Fitness, where he sold record numbers of memberships and eventually transitioned into commercial real estate by being recruited by existing members of the gym.
Brian earned a BA in Business from Cascade College and an A/A in General from Clark College.
Brian has also been active in the community, serving as a board member and fundraiser for the YMCA and Police Activities League of SW Washington, and as a mentor to high school students with troubled home lives, an experience he finds to be the most gratifying role he has had as a member of his community.

Suzanne Hoots

Suzanne Hoots joined Fuller Group in 2023 and serves as Director of Operations. Prior to joining the firm, she built her career in real estate as a Closing Manager and as a Transaction Manager handling both commercial and residential transactions. That background gives her a detailed, ground-level understanding of how deals come together from contract to close.
At Fuller Group, Suzanne oversees operations management, transaction coordination, lease administration, and compliance. She focuses on building practical systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the client experience across the firm.
Suzanne is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and a Managing Broker in Washington, credentials that give her firsthand knowledge of the transactions and regulatory requirements behind the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Suzanne lives in Vancouver with her husband, their three children, and two dogs. In the summer, she can be found paddle boarding or relaxing in the sun with a cold drink and good company.

Jennifer Moore joined Fuller Group in January 2018 as Vice President in the Asset Management Division. Jennifer began working in the real estate industry in 1998, specializing in Client Trust Accounting and has had the opportunity to manage a diverse range of real estate types, including Class A office buildings, retail, light industrial, and mixed use projects in the Vancouver Metropolitan Area.
Formerly, Jennifer was a Facilities Manager/Broker for Columbia Commercial Properties where she worked for 10 years. As Facilities Manager for over 505,000 square feet of commercial property, Jennifer was responsible for owner and tenant relations, coordinating and supervising the work of vendors, contract management, budgeting and forecasting and overseeing the management of operations and finance.
Jennifer is a graduate of Southern Oregon State University and a licensed Broker in the State of Washington. A mother of four children and a grandmother of six, she spends her free time with family, traveling and volunteering in her community.

Debra began working in the real estate industry in 1990 and has had the opportunity to manage a wide range of property types from Class A High Rise to Light Industrial.
Formerly, Debra was an Associated Vice President with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, where she worked for 15 years. Her duties included overseeing the daily operations of office, retail, industrial and condo assets throughout the Portland/Vancouver area. Additionally, she supervised an onsite staff and managed tenant and capital improvements.
